SEASONAL CAMPING: MAY 15TH - THANKSGIVINGRATES: $2800.00 - $4250.00/Season,
( Plus Metered Hydro and 13% HST. )
Our Base Rate is $2800.00, Premiums are then added Based on Location, i.e. Premium Lake front, Front Row, Large Site Top of Hill, Etc.
WHAT'S INCLUDED:
- Up to Two adults and unmarried dependent children under the age of 18 yrs.
- Sewer & Water.
- 30 and 50 Amp Metered Hydro (Charged Separately in Addition to Seasonal fees)
- 1 Parking Space
- Site Choices are: Front Row, Premium Front Lake, Medium Site top of Hill, Large Site Top of Hill, Front Water Site or Premium Lake Front
Decks are to be built to the length of the body of the RV and have a maximum width of 10 feet.
SHEDS:
Sheds must be made of resin, maximum size allowed is 64 sq. ft.
BOAT SLIPS:
Seasonal Docking slips are available at $21.00 L/ft
NOTE:
ALL INCOMING RV'S MUST BE 10 YEARS OR NEWER AND MAY BE REQUIRED TO UNDERGO A PROPANE & SAFETY EQUIPMENT INSPECTION.
